The above mentioned services are included in the fee that you pay to TürkEstate and are executed on basis of the Power of Attorney, drawn up by the notary in Kusadasi at the same time as you purchase the property

Further, we have made an agreement with a Danish owned and operated Property Management Company who, if you chose to contract them to do so, will assist you in every way as regards to purchase of white goods, AC, furniture’s etc. They offer also a wide range of other services which you can utilize after having taken your property in possession.
